SPEED: 40 yard Dash

The 40 yard dash is a test of an athlete’s speed and acceleration over a short distance. This test is commonly used in football and other sports to evaluate an athlete’s ability to quickly get up to top speed. We use a laster timing system for accurate measurements. 

POWER: Vertical Jump

AGILITY: 20 yard Shuttle

The 20 yard shuttle is a test of an athlete’s speed, agility, and change of direction. This test requires athletes to run a short distance in one direction, touch a line, and then run back in the opposite direction, touching another line, before finishing at the starting point. We use a laser timing system for precise data.
