Week 1: Foundations of Fitness

Meet our professional coaches and we take your through our onboarding process! We get you on oure Inbody machine to see where you’re at in your fitness journey. Then we get you familiar with the movements you’ll be using while training with us. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

Week 2: Get Into the Groove

Chat with our staff about your goals and start attending classes that work for your schedule. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your fellow troops, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.
