Training Schedule

Speed & Agility:

Takes place on turf field, bring cleats if available (no metal spikes). Focuses on teaching and drilling proper execution of acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction mechanics. 

Sports Performance:

Takes place in weight room. Focuses on exercise and skill development aimed at optimizing an athlete’s performance in their specific sport through a combination of strength training and conditioning.

All training sessions are 1 hour long. 

Maintaining a consistent training schedule is crucial for athletes who are serious about improving their skills and performance. While our memberships operate on a month-to-month basis for flexibility, we strongly encourage you to stay committed for the long term to truly reap the benefits of the program.

The exception to this is the OAP Academy. Due to the intricacies and depth of what’s offered, we’ve found that a one-year commitment is essential for athletes to fully benefit from the program and achieve their performance goals.

Our current schedule is on the page above.  We offer training sessions daily, including weekends, regardless of the program.  We do however, close on select holidays. 

Maintaining a consistent training schedule is crucial for athletes who are serious about improving their skills and performance. While our memberships operate on a month-to-month basis for flexibility, we strongly encourage you to stay committed for the long term to truly reap the benefits of the program. If life gets busy, consider lowering your training frequency instead of freezing or cancelling your membership; this way, you can maintain your hard-earned progress and continue to build upon it over time.  We do understand that isn’t possible at all times, so we offer the option to freeze memberships for up to 3 months, or you can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice (does not apply to OAP Academy).
